Chase Coughlin
Realtor & Team Leader
Safety Task Force Member, BICE Member, MRP
Growing up in Hastings, MI, Chase Coughlin learned early on the value of hard work, community, and commitment—values that continue to define his approach to real estate. With more than a decade of experience in law enforcement, Chase served as a Sheriff’s Deputy and a FBI Violent Crime Task Force Officer, taking on roles that required focus, integrity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Today, he brings those same strengths to help his clients navigate the real estate market with confidence.
For Chase, real estate is personal. With a father who has worked as a general contractor for over 30 years and a life steeped in agriculture, Chase has a unique perspective on new construction, home renovations, and farmland properties. He’s not just familiar with property potential—he understands what it takes to build, restore, and maintain it. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, an investor, or someone seeking a home with land, Chase uses his knowledge to help you make decisions that serve your needs both now and in the future.
Chase’s dedication to safety and professionalism extends beyond his clients. He serves on the Safety Task Force Committee for the Greater Regional Association of Realtors (GRAR), where he was Vice Chair in 2023 and led as Chairman in 2024. In addition, he actively serves as a member of the BICE Committee, further solidifying his role as a leader and advocate for real estate standards and community well-being.
Outside of real estate, Chase is all about family, community, and perseverance. He and his wife, Nikki, are raising their four boys on a small farm, where they care for animals and embrace the rural lifestyle. He gives back by serving as a committee member for the Hastings Summerfest and volunteering to help local families during the holidays. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him competing in powerlifting meets, running ultra-marathons, or tackling obstacle course races—always striving for the next goal.
When you work with Chase, you’re not just another transaction—you’re a neighbor. With his local insight, hands-on experience, and unwavering work ethic, Chase Coughlin is here to guide you home.
